A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments can be made through an invoice once the project details have been discussed with the client. Please note that once the artwork is drawn out, there are no refunds available.

Q: How do I start the artwork creation process?

A: Starting the artwork creation process is simple! You can reach out to us by email, text message, or direct message us on Instagram. The fastest way to get started is by either emailing or texting us your project requirements.

Q: How will I receive my artwork?

A: Your artwork can be conveniently downloaded from our website under the "Client Downloads" tab. Upon final approval and receipt of the final payment, we will provide you with a password to access and download your artwork.

Q: Do I own my artwork once I purchase it and send the final payment?

A: Yes, once we receive your final payment, you own the rights to your artwork. However, it is important to note that you are responsible for pursuing any necessary copyright and trademark submissions for your logo. Please keep in mind that if the logo has not been paid for in full, the artwork may be used and sold to another client in the future. Additionally, PSD files, also known as Photoshop files, are available for purchase at an additional fee.

Q: If I don't have an email address, can you send my logo via text?

A: Yes, we can send your logo via text. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the best quality when delivering the artwork through a text message.

Q: Can Rare Commodity Design Co. assist with printing services for my designs?

A: Yes! We offer comprehensive printing services for all of our design projects. From business cards to flyers and brochures and so much more, we can handle the printing process for you. Simply let us know your printing requirements, and we'll take care of the rest.

Q: What is the turnaround time for design projects?

A: The turnaround time for design projects may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project. We strive to provide timely and efficient services, and we will provide you with an estimated timeline during the project discussion phase. Rest assured, we value your time and will work diligently to deliver high-quality designs within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Q: Can I request revisions to my artwork after it has been finalized?

A: Yes, we understand that design preferences may evolve or change over time. If you require revisions to your artwork after it has been finalized and delivered, additional charges may apply. Each revision will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per revision, which includes color changes.

Q: What file formats will I receive for my artwork?

A: We provide the final artwork in a high-resolution .PNG format, which is suitable for various digital and print applications. This format ensures the best quality and compatibility for your design. If you require specific file formats or variations, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Are there any restrictions on how I can use the artwork I receive?

A: Once you have purchased the artwork and made the final payment, you have the right to use it for your intended purpose. However, please note that the artwork is for your individual or business use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification of the artwork without prior written consent from Rare Commodity Design Co. is strictly prohibited.
