Our artists here at Rare Commodity Design Co. work for you and when they are assigned your project idea they work on it for you. Our company requires a non-refundable deposit equaling half of the total cost of your artwork before any work is started. After 72 HOURS OF NO-COMMUNICATION YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT TOWARDS WORK STARTED AND WE WILL ASSUME YOU HAVE CHOSE ANOTHER GRAPHIC DESIGN! Our artist work on one project at a time so communication with us is critical while working on your project.
**Deposits expire after 30 calendar days
After you approve your artwork revisions will be an additional charge of $15.00 per each one and this also include color changes.
Rare Commodity Design Co. artists are only the ones responsible for bringing your artwork to life. Our team ask that you know exactly how you want your artwork to help us better assist you. If you are undecided on how you want your artwork you have the option of giving us total control.Total Control fee for using our creative minds for your artwork will be an additional $45.00 along with the initial deposit.
DELAY IN ARTWORK
Please keep in mind that our artist work electronically and delays can happen due to technical issues that may occur or life unexpected events that may occur in such case full refunds of deposits will be granted.
RECEIVING YOUR ARTWORK
Once we receive your final payment in full our artist will prepare your files for export, all artwork will be sent out in .PNG format to the email address used to keep in contact with your assigned artist.
